Few people can say their journey as an entrepreneur began at the age of 10. For Adam, delivering papers gave him his first taste of the opportunities hard work brings along. He credits his determination and work ethic to his father and uncle, a business owner himself with whom he shared a close bond. After attending the University of Toledo Adam stepped into his first financial services role at a local bank. He later became an owner of an Insurance Agency and lastly spent 16 years with Edward Jones as a Financial Advisor.
Launching and leading Arc Private Wealth in partnership with his talented colleagues is the crescendo of Adam's career. Serving others as a wealth advisor allows him to utilize his natural skills like his ability to create a step-by-step process for attaining goals while satisfying his passion for helping others. Adam helps clients take dreams and turn them into actionable opportunities. For many people, Adam says, saving is a way of life and it can be challenging to give yourself permission to enjoy the results of your hard work.
What he finds most rewarding about his job is helping clients discover what is possible and allowing them the opportunity to align their wealth with their dreams.
Adam and his wife Cayla share a home with their four children -- Josie, Easton, Cole, and Savannah as well as four fur children.
